Regional Sales Manager (m/f/x)

Join our sales team and work with us to further develop international markets, partnerships and customer relationships. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will expand existing sales structures, identify new business opportunities and bring our machinery and application solutions to a wide range of international markets.

You play an active part in shaping your market. From developing our international sales partners and generating new leads to tapping into new sectors and applications, you will be responsible for the sustainable expansion of your sales territory.

What you move with us

  • They support and develop our international sales representatives and distribution partners, and work to expand our partner network in a targeted manner.
  • They identify new market opportunities, generate leads and systematically follow them up until they become concrete sales opportunities.
  • They tap into new customers and applications through market monitoring, leading trade fairs, networking and collaboration with chambers of foreign trade and other institutions.
  • You will deliver sales and product training to our international partners and support them in successfully developing the market.
  • You will attend selected client meetings, trade fairs and other sales activities both at home and abroad.
  • They establish a transparent international sales pipeline, maintain it on an ongoing basis and use it to develop specific sales initiatives.
  • They work closely with sales management, application engineering and technical project planning.
  • They play an active role in the expansion of strategic sectors and applications, particularly in medical technology, technical film processing, orthotics, medical bags, packaging and industrial applications.

What you bring with you

  • A completed technical or commercial vocational qualification, ideally supplemented by further training to become a technician, master craftsman or business administrator. A university degree is also welcome, but is not a requirement.
  • A strong aptitude for technical matters and an interest in machinery, plant and applications that require explanation. Experience in the manufacture of specialised machinery would be an advantage.
  • Experience in international sales, supporting sales partners or developing new markets is desirable.
  • Knowledge or experience in the field of medical technology is an advantage.
  • Initiative, an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for actively developing new customers, markets and business opportunities.
  • Business-level proficiency in German and English. Knowledge of other foreign languages, particularly French or Spanish, would be an advantage.
  • A very high willingness to travel for international client, partner and trade fair appointments.
