Inline systems

Inline systems

Inline systems from Schirmacher are the ideal solution for the fully automated production of plastic pouches and products directly from the roll. Every step - unwinding, HF welding, cutting and ejection - takes place in a continuous production process, ensuring maximum efficiency, consistent quality and minimal setup times.

Thanks to their modular design, the systems can be flexibly adapted to different pouch sizes and production requirements and seamlessly integrated into existing production lines. Ideal for applications in medical technology, the packaging industry and technical pouch production.

Highlights of Schirmacher inline systems

Inline systems from Schirmacher enable the Complete production of a bag or product - from the raw material to the finished stacked end product. All process steps such as unwinding, welding, cutting and ejecting run in one process. continuous, automated production flowThis significantly reduces labour requirements, throughput times and sources of error.

The systems are Modular design and can be customised with processing stations in front of and behind the welding station - e.g. Longitudinal and cross cutting stations, Material feeder, Heat punching, Embossing presses or Cardboard slide-in stations. This means that each line can be precisely customised to the desired product and degree of automation.

The utilised HF welding stations with Schirmacher HF generators guarantee precise, clean weld seams and fulfil all legal shielding requirements. The solid round column guide ensures a uniform print image and minimises flashovers. Alternatively, heat impulse or heat contact welding processes can be integrated.

The entire line is operated via a PLC control (Siemens S7) with text display. All welding parameters are Can be stored product-related in the memorywhich enables quick mould changes and reproducible results. An optional Remote maintenance available via modem to shorten service times.

A clockwise Film feed with sinusoidal movement profile enables short cycle times with gentle material guidance. This means that even complex items can be produced with high precision and speed - ideal for applications in the Medical technology, Office supplies production or Specialised technical solutions.
