As part of a regulated succession, we are looking for an energetic employee (m/f/x) to take over the tasks of our long-time colleague, who will soon be taking her well-deserved retirement.
Order processing in sales (m/f/x)
Your mission
As part of our team, you will make an active contribution to the continuous optimisation of our internal processes. Together, we are making our processes in sales and order processing more efficient, transparent and sustainable through targeted digitalisation, intelligent automation and the practical use of AI and AI agents. In line with our philosophy: we don't just work in the company, we work on the company.
What you move with us
- Receiving customer enquiries and integrating them into the processing procedures
- Order entry and processing in our ERP system
- Recording, digital verification, account assignment and posting of incoming invoices
- Preparation of quotations, order confirmations and outgoing invoices
- Preparation of customs and shipping documents in the export area
- Telephone customer support for queries regarding our offers or order confirmations
- Permanent process optimisation
What you bring with you
- We have a great desire to make our workflows and processes a little better and more efficient every day and, above all, to make our customers happier.
- Completed commercial or business training, with an interest in technically sophisticated products (professional experience in a mechanical engineering company is an advantage)
- Several years of professional experience in internal sales and/or in finance, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Independence and organisational skills are among your strengths, you are committed and enjoy your work
- Very good user knowledge in MS Office and profound experience in dealing with ERP systems (and ideally knowledge or experience in the area of Datev)
- High affinity for lean and digital processes
- Business fluent in German and English (oral and written), other foreign languages an advantage
- You are a team player and have a positive attitude and a sense of humour
