bew\u00e4hrtes F\u00fcgeverfahren in der Kunststoffverarbeitung. Es erm\u00f6glicht die dauerhafte und pr\u00e4zise Verbindung thermoplastischer Kunststoffe durch den Einsatz eines hochfrequenten elektromagnetischen Feldes.<\/p><p data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"906\">Typischerweise wird mit einer Frequenz von 27,12 MHz gearbeitet \u2013 ein weltweit freigegebener Standardbereich, der optimale Ergebnisse bei gleichbleibender Qualit\u00e4t liefert.<\/p><p data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"1315\">Das Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass keine externe W\u00e4rmequelle wie Hei\u00dfluft, Heizkeil oder Heizpatrone ben\u00f6tigt wird. Stattdessen entsteht die W\u00e4rme direkt im Material, indem die Molek\u00fcle in Schwingung versetzt werden und sich durch molekulare Reibung aufheizen.
